Artist & Craftsman Supply will accept resalable merchandise for refund of purchase price only within 10 days of receiving your shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our error that caused a shipping mistake. Returns can only be accepted with pre-authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.
