The canvas itself is made from cotton duck—medium–weight and unbleached. It is stretched on kiln–dried stretcher bars, and held in place with a flexible spline, which allows the artist to paint on all four edges as well as the canvas surface. It is triple–acrylic primed, acid–free, and staple–free on the sides. Suitable for oil and acrylic painting. Made in Vietnam.
